Join us and be part of our success! Job Overview Bachoco USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for our Fort Smith, AR location. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM Summary Ensures collections, deductions, billing, and other essential job functions are maintained at a high level. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily billing Daily cash application Processing credit memos EDI processing Misc. invoice processing Maintaining credit memo filing Help with collection inquiries Help with deduction backup Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
