Qualified applicants will have:
- Current MA certification
- At least one year of experience in a medical office setting OR two or more years of experience in a service or retail setting.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and accept responsibility for following established protocols.
- Flexibility and adaptability, which is essential to meet fluctuating demands.
- Working knowledge of EMR (Athena preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with both patients and staff. (We believe everyone deserves kindness, courtesy, and respect.)
