(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Production Associate to assist in manufacturing operations that include manual assembly and general production support.

Essential Duties:
• Perform manual assembly of components and sub-assemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Operate hand tools, small machinery, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Requirements/Skills:
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for assembly tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Capable of performing repetitive motions and working in a fast-paced environment.
