The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire Warehouse production process. The Warehouse Operations Manager will supervise and coordinate the efforts of the warehouse personnel. The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire Warehouse production process. The Warehouse Operations Manager will supervise and coordinate the efforts of the warehouse personnel. Shift: Actively engage in the selection, training, development, and leadership of the team. Step in as a working manager, leading by example. Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and delegate responsibility to ensure goals and objectives are met daily. Assist in the ongoing creation and execution of the company vision. Consistently demonstrate positive leadership characteristics that inspire employees to meet and exceed metrics set by operational leadership team. Ensure that all events are loaded completely and sent out as scheduled as well as all warehouse assets are properly tracked and maintained. Ensure proper staffing and daily tasks are completed. Oversee timelines for set up, production and breakdown. Adjust product picking schedule based upon team’s picking speed, and overtime needed to complete scheduled work. Propose and implement new methods to improve the efficiency of accurate information and execution, as well as ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Provide timely status of work completion and proactively raise issues before they escalated. Enforce all company policies within the employee handbook. Proper uniform, monitor breaks and personal cell phone usage, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in business, management or hospitality management. Equivalent work experience in the industry is acceptable. 2+ years in warehouse, operations, maintenance, customer service, quality assurance experience required. Location(s) & Logistics: The physical demands for this position are sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours.
