Position: Chief of Staff / Senior Business Consultant Location: Palm Beach, Florida, USA Type of Employment: Full-Time Serves as a trusted advisor and impact multiplier, converting enterprise priorities into aligned decisions, an executive narrative and closed-loop follow-through across Digital, Cyber and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities Owns the operating discipline for the full scope of work for the above listed functions Orchestrates Board, ELT and Digital leadership staff preparation, agendas and decision logs. Drives follow-through on enterprise decisions: one decider, one runner, one rule. Coordinates strategic priorities across Digital, Cyber and Supply Chain. Leads enterprise special projects, offsites and cross-functional issue resolution. Translates strategy into leader messaging, enablement and change adoption. Integrates outputs from the shared operating office rather than recreating them. Executive readiness, decision closure and priorities visibly advanced. Board and Executive level readiness packs, on calendar and decision-ready. A live enterprise decision log with owners, dates and closure rates. Weekly leadership staff agenda, risk register and action tracking. Monthly Enterprise Portfolio Review orchestration with the Portfolio & Performance Lead. One integrated Digital narrative and leader communication approach. Experience Profile Required 10+ years in strategy, business operations or transformation, including CxO-level support. Proven delivery of complex cross-functional programs in a matrixed global organization. Executive communication expertise, including Board and Executive materials, synthesis and narrative. Strong financial, portfolio and KPI literacy for data-driven decision support. Preferred MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Prior CIO or Digital transformation office experience.
