Sr Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager partners with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, and Marketing Operations to drive organizational growth through integrated digital marketing programs. This role owns the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of paid media, website marketing, email marketing, SEO, GEO/LLM optimization, social media, conversion rate optimization, and digital analytics. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for maximizing marketing ROI while strengthening PracticeSuite's digital presence and thought leadership across traditional and AI-powered search experiences. Mission Statement Drive measurable business growth by developing and optimizing integrated digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified demand, and accelerate customer acquisition through data-driven execution Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy spanning paid search, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, website optimization, SEO, GEO/LLM optimization, and demand generation programs aligned with revenue objectives. Demand Generation Plan, launch, optimize, and scale multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and improve conversion performance throughout the buyer journey while partnering closely with Sales Development and Sales. Website & Conversion Optimization Lead ongoing optimization of PracticeSuite's website and landing pages to improve user experience, engagement, conversion rates, and lead capture through testing, analytics, and SEO, GEO & AI Search Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies to maximize visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative search experiences while monitoring industry trends and algorithm changes. Content & Brand Collaboration Partner with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to develop campaign messaging, content requirements, advertising creative, email copy, and thought leadership initiatives that support integrated marketing campaigns. Agency & Budget Management vendor performance, and campaign execution while ensuring investments align with business goals. Performance Analytics conversion analytics while providing actionable recommendations that improve ROI and Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with Marketing Operations, Strategic Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to ensure coordinated execution across all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Pipeline influenced by digital campaigns Organic traffic growth Decision Authority SEO/GEO priorities, agency management, and digital budget allocation within approved limits. Recommends strategic investments and escalates significant budget or platform decisions to the Vice President of Marketing. Leverage AI to improve campaign development, keyword research, audience analysis, creative testing, performance reporting, search optimization, and workflow efficiency while maintaining human oversight and brand integrity. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience; healthcare technology experience preferred; demonstrated success managing paid media, SEO, GEO/LLM optimization, website optimization, email marketing, and digital analytics. Agency experience, SaaS marketing experience, executive reporting experience, and expertise with enterprise digital campaign management.
