Leasing Agent

Kforce's client, one of NYC's most respected real estate owner/developer managers, is adding a Leasing Agent to its Leasing team. This role offers exposure to the full leasing lifecycle, including transaction execution, financial analysis, tenant relations, and portfolio reporting. Responsibilities Support negotiation and execution of LOIs, leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations Prepare proposals, approval memos, summaries, and transaction packages Coordinate lender approvals, estoppels, and SNDAs Maintain accurate lease data in VTS, MRI, and internal systems Perform lease analyses (NPV, breakeven, commissions, comparisons) and review tenant financials to assess credit risk Maintain reporting on expirations, rent rolls, market comps, exclusives, and performance metrics Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and leasing strategy Manage listings on various platforms Support marketing materials, presentations, and leasing packages Partner with brokers on exclusives and campaigns Assist with tours and outreach Build relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal teams (Leasing, Property Management, Construction, Legal, Finance, Marketing Respond to inquiries and coordinate property access Process leasing-related invoices and commissions Coordinate meetings and site visits Maintain organized files and prepare internal reports Work with architects and consultants to update plans and verify square footage Requirements Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field 4+ years of related real estate leasing experience Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment proactive approach to problem-solving Experience with MRI, VTS, or other real estate platforms is preferred but not required The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
