Revenue Cycle Manager

Advent Talent Group is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager for a growing healthcare organization. This individual will lead revenue cycle operations while driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable systems that support continued growth. Overview Position Type: Direct hire Location: On-site in Brooklyn Park or Rush City, MN Schedule: Full time Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, claims management, and accounts receivable performance. Monitor and improve cash flow, reimbursement processes, and revenue cycle metrics. Analyze reporting and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements. Support and optimize healthcare software platforms and system implementations. Develop and standardize workflows, procedures, and operational processes. Create accountability measures and reporting tools to improve organizational performance. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for operational growth and efficiency. Qualifications Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle technology. Strong understanding of accounts receivable management, collections, and reimbursement processes. Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills.
