Staff Accountant

Job Description We are in need of a Staff Accountant to join our Team Responsibilities: Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information. Maintain accounts, reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports. Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files as well as reconciling accounts. Prepares payments by accruing expenses, month end accruals Journal Entries, Intercompany Accounting Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statemen Maintains the general ledger Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books. Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential. Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
