Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and screening mammography exams as ordered.
- Prepare for and assist the radiologist in intricate mammography procedures, including breast biopsies.
- Educate patients about the exam, ensuring privacy, comfort, and safety.
- Operate and maintain specialized mammography equipment; produce high-quality images.
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines; document procedures and results accurately.
- Collect pertinent patient information and communicate preparation instructions to care teams; escalate issues to senior staff as needed.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology (Required)
- Oregon OBMI Radiologic Technologist License (Required in OR)
- ARRT Radiography (R) certification (Required)
- ARRT Mammography (M) certification (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
- Experience: 2+ years of radiology experience with mammography preferred; current mammography technologist practice preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and comply with safety and quality standards
