We’re looking for a growth marketer to run the full marketing surface: channels, ad production, media buying, and the measurement that ties it all together. You’ll be the operator who owns the budget, the creative pipeline, and the result. About the team Turtles is a world-class team letting anyone turn their passion into a beloved marketplace, helping 29M shoppers find the things they’ll love. We’re one of the fastest-growing startups in the US and we’re hiring brilliant and exceptionally-driven people to join us. We have a lean, 60 person team where every person owns outcomes end-to-end, learns and grows incredibly quickly, and works with teammates who set high standards. Our culture is focused around rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. Turtles isn’t for everyone, and that’s intentional. We’re excited to meet you. Why this role matters Marketing is one of the highest-leverage functions at this stage. Every dollar managed well compounds, and every channel is an experiment waiting to be shipped. The right person here builds a flywheel the rest of the company runs on. What you’ll do Run ad production in partnership with content and creative. Own media buying: budget, bidding, and reallocation as signals come in. Build measurement and reporting the team can trust. Ship experiments faster than anyone expects. What we’re looking for 4+ years of growth marketing, ideally in consumer, marketplaces, or DTC. Hands‑on with paid platforms, lifecycle tooling, and analytics. Strong analytical chops, comfortable in SQL, comfortable defending a model. Bias toward shipping experiments over polishing decks. Nice to have Background scaling consumer marketplaces. Experience leading creative pipelines. Turtles is an equal-opportunity employer.
