Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for Client's Value, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high quality Visible CRM and Transactional (Email, SMS, Push) campaigns in Salesforce.The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer has experience as a full-stack developer for Marketing Cloud creating personalized, dynamic messages is experienced with data configuration, manipulations, and advance segmentation, as well as reporting and analytics.Responsibilities:Build emails, templates, interactive forms, and dynamic content blocks using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder. Create and update customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.Create and update Automations and Automation activities (SQL Queries, File Transfers, Import Files, Data Extracts) in Automation Studio.Create and update cloud pages in Web Studio. Work with the engineering and testing teams to develop and QA automation triggers.Collaborate and assist engineering teams with testing REST/SOAP API calls using Postman.Developing new Transactional payloads and testing functionality in Postman Building new transactional journeys for email notification types in all environments (UAT, STAGE & Prod) Creating new SMS definition keys Building and developing email templates and dynamic content blocks using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) Partner and guide Offshore Teams on Development, QA and Testing Collaborate and assist other teams with SFMC campaigns and projects.Be the channel expert for all things related to SFMC and SFDC.Who You Are:You are organized, proactive and efficient.You're driven to identify and help resolve problems and overcome hurdles, and you approach every situation with a can-do, team-player attitude.You are a problem solver---someone who looks to find ways to be more efficient in every corner and who sees every obstacle as a puzzle to be solved.You're a great communicator, able to work with various teams, within and outside organization, ability to write sql queries, understand and interpret data in a meaningful way, and inspire and equip everyone around you to make sound decisions and do their best work.Other:Strong knowledge of common web front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React.JS).Understanding of JavaScript architecture design.Knowledge of algorithms, design patterns, and componentization approaches.Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web.UI Design Skills: REST, MongoDB, React.JS, HTML5 / CSS, JavaScript, Python, MySQL, Postgres, JasmineMust Have Skills (Most Important):Experience in HTML and CSS coding. Proficient in writing dynamic code using AMP Script.Must be able to code without using a WYSIWYG interface.Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Developer Cloud Expert Thorough understanding of data extensions, data designer, subscriber imports, and group creation based on data filters.Desired Skills:Excellent writing and communication skills.Attention to detail.Strong project management skills, the ability to define processes and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Able to communicate technical concepts for the broader organization. Self-starter and desire to learn new tools/technologies as needed.Education/Certifications:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience.
