Sr. HR Systems Analyst

Job Title

Position Responsibilities Monitor the ticketing system queue for all RH and RFM inquiries, complete basic troubleshooting, gather pertinent information, and resolve or escalate all tickets as needed. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to lead change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective execution Provide Tier I technical support for HR systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving RH and RFM specific problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements Recommend best practices including process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and initiatives to automate and streamline system analysis, data integration, and reporting capabilities Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing RH and RFM HR team needs for yearly processes Develop Standard Operating Procedures, User Instructions, and process documentation Keep current with technology trends while continuously increasing both HR and HRIS knowledge Travel up to 10% Other projects or duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience Preferred Skills and Experience: Master's Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
