Supervisor - Kitchen Manager

Position Overview

The Back of House Supervisor is responsible for supporting kitchen operations and ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to Chick-fil-A’s high standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, speed, and team development in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in the kitchen and ensure consistent and high-level BOH operations
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Coach and develop team members during shifts
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in food preparation
• Assist with inventory, prep planning, and waste control
• Communicate with FOH to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Help train new team members and reinforce procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ year of kitchen or leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Commitment to food safety and operational excellence
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
