FORT (formerly AVI Systems) is a 100% employee-owned company with 50+ years of experience and a bold new identity.As Area Vice President, the individual who will succeed in increasing the strategic relevance of the company and share of all practice lines within the area will have:Experience in the AV, IT, Telecom or technology environmentExperience building and managing successful sales teams while obtaining growth in target marketsProven ability to lead, motivate, and direct others, while making sound business and administrative decisionsResults-oriented mentality with excellence communication skillsA college graduate is preferred with emphasis in Business Administration or Marketing and at least 10+ years of relevant experience.
