What You’ll Do As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you’ll play a vital role in helping children and young adults reach their personal goals. Every day, you’ll make a real difference by: Providing in-home support services tailored to each individual’s needs. Assisting with daily living skills like bathing, brushing teeth, and household chores. Engaging in fun activities and community events —mentoring and meeting individuals where they are. Supporting coping and communication skills to foster independence. Building lifelong relationships with families while creating positive change. Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proof of insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency.
