We're looking for a Project Manager to sit at the center of our innovation and launch engine, someone who turns a green-lit product idea into a fully orchestrated launch: specs, packaging, pricing, retailer submissions, samples, photoshoots, marketing activation, and on-shelf execution, all on time and with nothing dropped. This role is interdepartmental and cross-functional by design: you'll work every single day across product development, sales, operations, finance, marketing, creative, and our founder/CEO. You'll be one of the few people in the company who touch every function, and the only one whose job is making them move in lockstep. What You'll Do Own the launch calendar. Build and run the master timeline for every new item launch, from commercialization through retailer reset dates. Translate "we're launching new product X in January" into a dated, owned, tracked plan across packaging, manufacturer readiness, item setup, samples, photography/packaging, and marketing. Be the connective tissue. Product development, sales, operations, finance, and creative each own their piece of a launch. You own the whole. You run the check-ins, surface the blockers, chase the owners, and make sure the left hand always knows what the right hand shipped. Turn ideas into kickoffs. When leadership green-lights a concept, you kick off the project: scope, owners, milestones, and the first meeting on the calendar within hours, not weeks. You're the person who makes momentum durable. Keep the moving parts visible. Maintain launch trackers, status dashboards, and a weekly rhythm of updates so anyone in the company can see where every launch stands. Flag risks early and loudly. Protect the calendar. Retailer reset dates don't move. You manage backwards from immovable deadlines: submission windows, packaging print runs, first production, DC delivery, and hold every workstream to them. Who You Are You have 4-8 years of project management experience, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, or another physical-product business where launches have unforgiving external deadlines. You've run cross-functional projects with many owners and no direct authority, and you got them done anyway. You are, in your bones, an organizer. Workback plans, owner matrices, and status trackers are how you think. You're the type-A person who loves the details others find tedious, and it shows in your follow-through. You're direct, warm, and relentless about accountability: you'd rather ask twice than assume once. You thrive in a fast, founder-led environment where priorities are big, and resources are lean. You don't need a playbook handed to you; you write it.
