✨ Lead a classroom of curious and enthusiastic preschoolers

✨ Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration and creativity

✨ Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans

✨ Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

✨ Observe, assess, and document children's progress using Teaching Strategies GOLD

✨ Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication

✨ Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment

✨ Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers and fellow educators

? Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings both knowledge and enthusiasm to the classroom:

✅ Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, CDA, or CPL in Early Childhood Education or a related field

✅ Experience working with preschool-aged children

✅ Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices

✅ Current or willingness to obtain:

• CPR Certification

• First Aid

• Child Abuse Recognition & Prevention

• Communicable Disease Training

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ A positive attitude, creative spirit, and love for working with children

✅ Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development
