Pallet Builder

Position Title: Pallet Builder Wage: $16/hour Shift: 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) Responsibilities Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures. Build pallets using provided tools, wood components, and proper process and procedure. Work effectively within a diverse team environment. Perform sanitation "clean as you go" and good housekeeping practices and end of shift clean-up. Will be trained on the use of the following tools in order to build: nail gun, hammer, table saw, radial arm saw, and pallet notcher. Requirements Able to read basic construction blueprints. Able to read a tape measure. Ability to work at a fast pace but not so face that sloppiness occurs. Able to do repetitive bending, twisting, leaning, lifting, walking, and stretching. Able to lift an average of 30 pounds consistently throughout duration of shift, can be up to 50 pounds with help. Good attendance during contract period. Able to work well with diverse team members.
