QPS Employment Group is hiring a Pallet Builder for a company in Darien, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

6:00am-2:30pm

$16/hour

Pallet Builder Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures
• Build pallets using provided tools, wood components, and proper process and procedure
• Work effectively within a diverse team environment
• Perform sanitation "clean as you go" and good housekeeping practices and end of shift clean-up
• Will be trained on the use of the following tools in order to build: nail gun, hammer, table saw, radial arm saw, and pallet notcher

Pallet Builder Requirements:

• Able to read basic construction blueprints
• Able to read a tape measure
• Ability to work at a fast pace but not so fast that sloppiness occurs
• Able to do repetitive bending, twisting, leaning, lifting, walking, and stretching
• Able to lift an average of 30 pounds consistently throughout duration of shift, can be up to 50 pounds with help
• Good attendance during contract period
• Able to work well with diverse team members
