Outside Sales Representative – Marana and surrounding areas Sign-On Bonus + Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow business throughout the assigned area. This is a territory-based outside sales position for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, developing relationships, finding new business opportunities, and helping industrial customers solve problems. You will not be sitting behind a desk all day. You'll spend your time building relationships with manufacturers, contractors, fabricators, maintenance teams, OEMs and other industrial customers throughout your territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout your territory. Make regular customer visits, jobsite visits and prospecting calls. Grow sales and gross margin within assigned accounts. Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs. Prepare quotes, bids and proposals and follow opportunities through the sales cycle. Promote Copper State's extensive product offering and value-added solutions. Partner with Inside Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Branch Leadership to support customers. Monitor customer needs, market trends and competitive activity. Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information in company systems. Participate in sales meetings, product training, trade shows and industry events. What Makes You Successful You enjoy meeting customers face-to-face and building long-term relationships. You are comfortable prospecting and developing new business. You are self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and territory. You enjoy solving customer problems rather than simply taking orders. You are competitive, organized and results-oriented. You communicate effectively and work well with an internal support team. Qualifications 2+ years of Outside Sales, Territory Sales, Account Management, Business Development or related sales experience preferred. Industrial, manufacturing, construction, MRO, fastener, safety, electrical or related product experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
