As a Security Officer Full Time in Dayton, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting access control, visitor check-in, and customer service. Using computer or tablet systems, you will help maintain accurate records, communicate professionally with employees and guests, and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures and front desk policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Answer and route incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor, shipment, and access information to appropriate site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, incidents, and front desk communications, and report unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
