Occupational Therapist Neuromuscular Outpatient Rehabilitation

Schedule: 8:00 am 6:30 pm four 10-hour shifts variable days

As an Occupational Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation setting you will work with a diverse adult caseload including individuals with neurological conditions functional limitations and chronic conditions. What youll do

• Provide thorough evidencebased evaluations and create individualized treatment plans tailored to outpatient functional goals.
• Deliver goaloriented interventions focused on neuromuscular rehabilitation upper extremity function cognitive and perceptual retraining.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary group of providersincluding PT Speech physicians and care coordinatorsto support comprehensive coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on home programs strategies and resources to promote longterm success and selfmanagement.
• Document clearly and communicate professionally to support smooth patient flow team collaboration and highquality outcomes.

Required qualifications

• Holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
