Nurse Practitioner (Neurology - Movement Disorder) - Ahwatukee, AZ Nurse Practitioner (Neurology - Movement Disorder) Overview & Highlights Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $120,000 – $170,000 annually Work Environment: Outpatient neurology clinic serving adult patients with movement disorders Coverage Model or Hours: Structured clinic schedule with protected visit times About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is a focused outpatient neurology role centered on caring for patients with movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, tremor, dystonia, and related conditions. You’ll manage a consistent daily patient panel of approximately 12 patients, allowing for thoughtful, in-depth clinical care without the pressure of high-volume throughput. Your day will include a mix of new patient evaluations and follow-up visits, with time built in to thoroughly assess symptoms, adjust treatment plans, and provide education to patients and families. You’ll work closely with a neurology team while maintaining a high level of autonomy in patient management. This setting offers a steady, predictable workflow with a strong emphasis on continuity of care.
