Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist for day shift coverage. The role focuses on safety checks, ADL assistance, milieu management, and 1:1 observations for psychiatric patients, with potential to float to the CCO as needed. The position is full-time with shifts from 6:00am to 6:30pm, three shifts per week including weekends/holidays on rotation.
