Business Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

This is a base salary plus commission position, with pay based on experience. I’m looking for someone who understands commercial insurance, can confidently manage the sales process, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow their income and book of business. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with business insurance customers Identify prospects and build a pipeline of commercial opportunities Assess each business’s insurance needs, risks, and coverage gaps Recommend commercial insurance products based on the customer’s needs Prepare and present clear, professional insurance proposals Follow up with prospects and confidently ask for the business Assist customers with policy renewals, coverage questions, and claims Cross-sell additional products when appropriate Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently What I’m Looking For At least three years of business or commercial insurance sales experience Knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Confidence communicating with business owners and decision-makers Ability to build relationships while working toward production goals Active insurance license or ability to meet applicable licensing requirements Compensation Competitive base salary based on experience Commission opportunities based on production Additional earning potential through new business and account growth Why Join My Team?
