Position Overview
A distinguished State Farm Agent with three established offices and a team of over 25 professionals is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our ranks in the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. As we continue to expand and strengthen our presence, we aim to find a task-oriented professional passionate about upholding the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
