Come and play an important part on our incredible team today!What you get to do:Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional mannerAssist guests with ticketing, season passes, and various park productsAssist season pass members with rewards, benefits, and park perksProvide information on park products, specials, and eventsBook reservations, parade viewing, and park experiences for guestsTroubleshoot issues with guest pass member account(s), reservations, and purchasesAddress guest questions and concerns in a timely and efficient mannerCommunicate with other departments to address guest feedback or concernsDemonstrate excellent verbal/written communication skillsUnderstand and demonstrate excellent guest service techniquesMaintain daily paperwork and inform leadership of guest trends/IT IssuesEnroll guests in RAP and Special AccessInform Guests on RAP and Special Access guidelinesWhat it takes to succeed:Be at least 16 years oldMust have minimum two (2) months experience as a Guest Arrival Ambassador with no significant performance deficiencies.Must be comfortable working with large crowds in a fast-paced environment.Must be prepared to work in all areas of guest arrival as team members are rotated daily.Must have excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Window's operating system. Must have strong comprehensive and communication skills.Must be able to stand and walk in extreme weather conditions for prolonged periods of time.Must be able to process monetary transactions and accurately use a register.Must be able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest service.Must be willing to comply with and ensure team members comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.What else is important:Be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds occasionallyBe able to sit for long periods of timePerform tasks that require occasional bending from waist to floor, kneeling and squatting, and reaching overheadPosition will perform frequent simple hand grasping and fine manipulation (use of keyboard/writing) workBe able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
