About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Account Executive to join their Professional & Cyber Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the internal sales, marketing, and account service processes for a dedicated book of business. This role involves assisting producers and account executives with new and renewal business, ensuring client service, and working to retain and grow the book of business. The VP, Account Executive will also be involved in building and maintaining relationships with key client contacts and carrier representatives, as well as staying abreast of market trends and new products. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, a state-specific insurance license, and a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking, and time management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be professional in appearance and conduct, with a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities also include preparing and processing business submissions, analyzing quotes, and conducting data analysis for program structure options. The VP, Account Executive will be expected to participate in client and prospect meetings, and to supervise support staff as needed.
