Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and establish individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring functionality and diminishing pain.
• Administer hands-on therapy that utilizes a variety of innovative techniques. This may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other health professionals to create an integrated care plan that addresses all aspects of the patient's health.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on their development and response to therapy.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately to maintain compliance with health regulations.
• Educate patients about their conditions, the nature of their treatments, and provide them with self-management strategies to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves adults recovering from work-related injuries, sports injuries, and other orthopedic conditions. You will be responsible for managing cases that range from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management, providing a wide variety of clinical experiences that will enhance your skills and knowledge as a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A patient-first mindset with a strong commitment to promoting patient health and rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Experience with advanced therapy techniques, including but not limited to, myofascial release, aquatic therapy, or sports-specific rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
