Receptionist Full-Time Available

Receptionist Full-time available Hiring immediately $17-$18 per hour depending on experience!

Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Some Saturdays, Sundays, days and night shifts as needed. Average work week is 32-35 hours.

Qualifications:

• Receptionist or Administrative Assistant experience is required 1+ years
• Ability to file and retrieve records accurately
• Experienced using Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong customer service
• Proficient in typing and using Microsoft Outlook for professional email communications
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Professional appearance
• Integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn, receptive to new ideas
• Ability to be a team player
• Bi-lingual is a plus not necessary, fluent in Spanish and English

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and directing them appropriately
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• Use Microsoft Outlook for numerous email communications, essential to maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with administrative duties which include:
  • Keeping accurate license plate and key records
  • Organizing files/records
• Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
