Job#: 3047265 Job Description IT Support Specialist Location Denver, Colorado (Onsite) Role Overview We are looking to add an IT Support Specialist to their team. This person will provide Tier 1 support to internal employees, helping resolve hardware, software, and account-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience. The role involveS supporting Microsoft 365 environments, managing support tickets, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues, and ensuring requests are resolved efficiently. You'll work directly with end users, communicate updates on open issues, and collaborate with teammates to elevate and resolve more complex problems when needed.
