This is a local, direct-hire opportunity with BAMM Staffing. Candidates must be located in or within reasonable commuting distance of Eatontown, NJ .



What You'll Do

• Recruit contract and direct-hire candidates through job postings, internal databases, LinkedIn, internet searches, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, technical assessments, interviewing, reference checks, candidate closing, offer extension, and compensation negotiation.
• Review and qualify job requirements to fully understand client needs and identify the strongest candidates.
• Present qualified candidates and manage them throughout the interview and offer process.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates.
• Conduct first-level technical screenings and confidently discuss candidate experience across common technologies.
• Manage multiple open positions and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• Coach and prepare candidates to help improve their interview performance.
• Build relationships with both active and passive candidates.
• Continuously explore new recruiting platforms, sourcing tools, and candidate pipelines.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the BAMM team.
• Be flexible and willing to recruit or communicate with candidates outside standard business hours when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven agency recruiting experience within IT or technical staffing.
• Must be local to the Eatontown, NJ area and able to work directly with BAMM Staffing.
• Strong understanding of basic IT concepts, technologies, and industry terminology.
• Proven experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions .
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with techniques for identifying both active and passive candidates.
• Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent candidate relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in a service-oriented, staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant recruiting, staffing, or sales experience.
