Onsite Property Manager - Boonton, NJ
Salary: $90,000 annually

Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a full-time onsite position in Boonton, New Jersey. We are looking for someone who can manage the daily needs of a community, oversee projects, and communicate clearly with residents, Board members, and vendors.

Responsibilities include:

Serving as the primary onsite contact for residents and the Board
Conducting property inspections and following up on maintenance and rule compliance concerns
Coordinating vendors, reviewing proposals, and overseeing repairs and capital projects
Preparing Board meeting materials, management reports, and resident communications
Tracking work orders, contracts, project schedules, and outstanding issues through completion
Assisting with budget preparation, invoice review, and expense monitoring
Responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

Property management or community association management experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound judgment when handling resident concerns and sensitive matters
Strong technology skills , including proficiency with property management software, Microsoft Office, electronic work orders, and digital communication tools
Ability to work independently onsite while collaborating with the Board and management team
