As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue10:00 AM - 06:00 PMWed10:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate store contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
