Monte J Smith DDS & Associates is a patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive, supportive work environment where our team members can thrive and grow professionally. We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Monte J Smith DDS & Associates, you will provide essential preventive and therapeutic care to our patients. You will work closely with our dental team to promote oral health and patient education while ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Pay
$25~$35 per hour

Requirements
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California
CPR and AED certification required
Proficient in dental radiography with valid X-Ray certification (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
Take and interpret dental X-rays using OpenDental software
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
Administer local anesthesia as needed (per state law)
Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments
Collaborate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, and office staff
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including CPR and AED procedures
