You'll own critical sourcing workstreams from day one and have direct impact on the tools, services, and partnerships that power our business.What You'll Do:* Lead end-to-end RFx processes — including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs — from requirements gathering and supplier identification through evaluation, selection, and award* Own the contract renewal lifecycle across assigned categories, proactively managing timelines, surfacing risks, and driving favorable outcomes before deadlines arrive* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to the business on purchasing decisions and supplier performance* Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and business unit leaders to align sourcing strategies with company priorities and budget targets* Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses to inform sourcing decisions and negotiate better value* Identify and implement improvements to purchasing processes, policies, and workflows that reduce cycle times, increase compliance, and improve the buying experience* Collaborate with leadership to surface data-driven recommendations on vendor rationalization, spend optimization, and high-impact sourcing initiatives* Enthusiastically leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline sourcing workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock new efficiencies across contracting, supplier evaluation, and spend analysisWho You Are:* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field* 3+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related function* Hands-on experience running RFx processes and managing vendor negotiations across indirect or technology spend categories* Familiarity with procurement and ERP systems and a willingness to become a power user of our internal tooling is a plus* Strong analytical skills with the ability to build cost models, evaluate supplier proposals, and translate data into clear recommendations* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, drive workstreams independently, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and vendors through data and sound business judgment* Self-starter with a passion for process improvement and continuous learning, comfortable working independently and collaborating across time zones* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with in-person attendance required three days per week at our Austin Domain office*This description is intended to serve as a summary of key duties and responsibilities and may not contain a comprehensive list of activities*.**(Pay Transparency: $71,400.00 - $120,750.00 USD)** #J-18808-Ljbffr
