Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $150/hour (~$328,500 annually for full-time), to be discussed at interview

What You'll Do

• Attend approximately 60 deliveries per month, ensuring safe and effective obstetric care
• Provide OB triage, patient evaluation, management, and delivery attendance
• Assist in surgical procedures as needed
• Monitor fetal well-being and respond to emergencies promptly
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists and neonatologists for high-risk cases
• Support ER coverage related to obstetric emergencies
• Participate in teaching opportunities with fellows, residents, and medical students

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Valid medical license in California
• Willingness to work 24-hour shifts and support a community-based hospital

• Recent experience as an OB/GYN hospitalist or in high-volume obstetric settings
• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
