We have two operating segments, consisting of franchised dealerships that represent over 25 different new vehicle brands, and EchoPark Automotive, which offers a unique car buying experience in the 1-4 year-old pre-owned vehicle market.Job DescriptionThe Venue Manager is responsible for the overall performance of The Podium, including operations, client experience, and revenue growth. This role partners closely with Aramark / LifeWorks to ensure seamless execution and alignment with luxury brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesDrive event revenue through strategic partnerships and targeted outreachOwn the full sales lifecycle from inquiry through executionManage CRM pipeline and deliver a best-in-class client experienceEvent Operations & ExecutionOversee all events, ensuring flawless execution and elevated hospitality standardsManage BEOs, timelines, and cross-functional coordinationEstablish and maintain preferred vendor partnershipsServe as on-site lead for high-profile eventsFinancial PerformanceManage venue P&L, including revenue growth and expense controlOversee billing, collections, and event-level profitabilityPartner with Aramark/LifeWorks on pricing and cost optimizationFood & Beverage OversightEnsure alignment with brand standards and service executionCollaborate on menus, programming, and operational deliveryMarketing & BrandSupport marketing initiatives, content creation, and digital presenceLeverage events to drive brand awareness and client engagementOperations & FacilityMaintain venue to the highest standard of readiness and presentationOversee maintenance, vendor coordination, and SOP executionLeadershipLead and develop staff and vendor partnersFoster a culture of accountability, excellence, and hospitalityQualificationsQualifications5+ years in hospitality, events, or venue managementStrong business and financial acumen (P&L ownership preferred)Proven ability to drive revenue and execute high-level eventsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsCore CompetenciesOwnership mindset and strategic thinkingHigh-touch client relationship managementOperational discipline and attention to detailAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyJob LocationI'm interested Privacy Notice
