Recovery & Housing Peer Support Specialist

Louisville Metro Government seeks a social service worker to implement peer mentoring and support programs for homeless individuals and those in permanent supportive housing. Under direction, you will help clients develop recovery plans, provide recovery-focused education, and coordinate services to strengthen life skills and overall wellbeing.
