Independent Living, Inc. is hiring a Street Outreach and Engagement Peer in Chappaqua, NY. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on meeting unhoused and care-disconnected individuals where they are, offering empathy and guided pathways to recovery. You will build trust, connect people to housing, healthcare, benefits, and legal services while advocating for self-advocacy and coordinated care.
