Job Description
Seeking scientists who can contribute to innovation, research execution, and development of advanced chemical technologies. Candidates may come from academic, industrial, or research-focused environments and should possess strong technical capabilities and scientific curiosity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scientific research and experimental studies.
- Develop, test, and validate chemical formulations and processes.
- Analyze data and present research findings.
- Support commercialization and product development efforts.
- Participate in cross-functional scientific initiatives.
- Maintain laboratory quality and safety standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation projects.
Qualifications
Required
- MS or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
- Strong laboratory and research experience.
- Ability to design experiments and interpret results.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Organic chemistry expertise.
- Synthetic chemistry experience.
- Industrial R&D experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations or process development.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong academic credentials.
- Demonstrated research success through graduate studies, publications, or internships.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative R&D environment.
- Passion for solving complex technical challenges.
- Self-directed and capable of managing multiple projects.
