POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Receptionist to join our team. In this part-time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with people throughout the day, and staying organized in a fast-paced office environment. No insurance license is required, and training will be provided.

SCHEDULE :

• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team members.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming experience.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintain organized records and office documentation.
• Support team members with day-to-day office needs.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Licensing is NOT required for this role.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
