With a manageable caseload of 15-20 students and a set schedule—1.5 days per week, with 8-hour days—this assignment fits seamlessly for professionals residing in Palm Coast, Daytona, Flagler, Palatka, or southern St. Augustine.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently, as there is no PTA supervision available
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff
• Commitment to supporting students’ physical access and participation in their educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to students, ages and needs varying
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each student's IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote optimal student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district requirements and compliance standards
• Travel to assigned school sites within the designated area
