We are seeking a Production Control Clerk to join our Operations Team at Dianne's Fine Desserts, a Dessert Holdings company, in Newburyport, MA. Responsible for scanning raw materials into production and returning raw materials back to the warehouse using a scanner into D365 (ERP). Compensation $22 - $26/hr Plus $1.63/hr differential for 2nd shift 2nd Shift Hours Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:00 am KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performs clerical tasks that support production control and ensures accuracy of work orders in ERP system D365 Scanning materials, consuming WIP, processing returns, completing transactions in D365. Audit kit accuracy Ensures that transactions are done accurately and timely into ERP system. Assists production coordinators with solving discrepancies with work orders. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Requires a high school diploma at a minimum. Effective oral and written communication skills required. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. English or Bilingual - Preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch and climb steps. Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or use objects, tools or controls. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Occasionally, something may weigh more than 50 pounds and assistance must be utilized. Possess good eye‑hand coordination. Must be able to work independently. Must be available for flexibility of scheduling.
