Picker/Packer - 2nd shift

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Picker/Packer - 2nd shift. The core hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm. The hourly rate for this position is $18.22/hour plus $1.00/hr shift differential per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: Receive and put away incoming products with our cutting-edge AutoStore system to locate and select finished goods for processing customer orders. Operate warehouse picking, cycle counting, and put away by interfacing with automated equipment. Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders. Climb ladders and use barcode scanners, touchscreen, and keyboards on computers to complete inventory transactions. Perform special labeling and palletizing of finished goods for transport. Perform dunnage operations as needed. Stage cardboard boxes. Perform pallet-jack operations. Ensure quality of own work and perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Keep work area clean and orderly in accordance with Eaton’s 5-S procedures. Follow all safety protocols and practices. Work in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives. Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required from an accredited institution. No relocation benefit is offered for this position; only candidates residing within 50 miles of Ellisville will be considered. A minimum of one (1) year computer experience. Employment immigration sponsorship or support is not available for this position. Preferred qualification: Experience working with automated robots. Position Criteria: Lift up to 35 lbs. Repetitive motion, standing, and stooping. Must be able to stand 8 hours a day.
