As our Automotive Aftermarket Route Driver (Non‑CDL), you’ll be the trusted face delivering the parts that keep customers on the road.

A day in the life

Your morning starts with a pre-trip inspection and route review. You’ll pilot a box truck under 26,001 lbs, navigate a planned circuit of 10–20 customer stops, and use a handheld device to confirm each delivery. Along the way, you’ll interact with shop managers, collect payments when required, and keep meticulous logs—driver’s records, fuel receipts, and everything our policies and the law require. Before heading home, you’ll complete a post-trip inspection and help the team load out for the next day.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm with rotating Saturdays, or until all deliveries are completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs, and may require overtime. Expect about 8–12 hours per day depending on volume and weather.

What you’ll handle

• Operate a box truck (sub‑26,001 lbs) or similar vehicle to complete 10–20 stops per route in all weather conditions
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections daily
• Load/unload products; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers when needed
• Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs on occasion; team-lift or use mechanical aids for commercial tires
• Push up to 40 lbs when handling barrels and industrial/ag tires
• Use a company-provided handheld to verify deliveries and capture proof of delivery
• Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and supervisors; collect payments at delivery when applicable
• Maintain accurate logs and records per company policy and applicable regulations

What you’ll bring

• Must be 21 years or older (mandatory company policy)
• 1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck or semi), and satisfactory completion of company road test by qualified assessor
• Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that meets our driver policy
• Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high-reach lifts
• Reliability to work overtime when needed and follow safe operating procedures
• Customer service mindset and clear communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and occasionally up to 80 lbs; push up to 40 lbs when required
• Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one per DOT/FMCSA guidelines during hiring

Safety, physical demands, and environment

• Required PPE: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). Company provides all PPE except boots.
• Work conditions include exposure to current weather; moderate noise; and fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants.
