Step into a meaningful career shaping student communication skills in vibrant schools throughout Palm Beach County. We are seeking enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) ready to make a difference across multiple locations, with full supervision provided by experienced SLP-CCCs. This contract opportunity offers immersive, on-site experience working with diverse caseloads and age groups—no virtual placements—across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
What you’ll bring:
- Active Florida provisional SLP License from the Department of Health
- Graduation from an accredited SLP program, eligible for Clinical Fellowship
- Commitment to on-site work; virtual candidates not considered
- Flexibility to coordinate locations to make up a full-time position (35 hours per week)
- Dedication to supporting students with diverse needs in various school environments
- Ability to complete required credentialing, including fingerprint clearance through the AHCA Clearinghouse
- Willingness to participate in internal video interviews and onboarding promptly
Your responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for assigned student caseloads
- Collaborate closely with supervising SLP-CCC and educational staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and develop appropriate therapy plans
- Maintain accurate service records and track student progress
- Rotate between campuses as assigned for full FTE coverage
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students and families
