Job Summary

W e are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Analyst to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical development teams. This role combines business analysis expertise with hands-on application development knowledge to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions.

Job Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical solution teams.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  
• Understand organizational structures, business rules, operational workflows, and system dependencies.
  
• Model current-state and future-state business processes and recommend optimized solutions.
  
• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  
• Define project objectives, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  
• Support business case development and project concept definition.
  
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
  
• Coordinate and manage changes to business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Engage stakeholders ranging from executive leadership to technical development teams.
  
• Support all phases of project delivery, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and change management.
  
• Collaborate closely with software developers, architects, quality assurance teams, and business users.
  
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and validation activities.
  
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
  
• Provide guidance and quality assurance oversight for third-party vendors and implementation partners.
  
• Assist in mentoring and developing team members on business analysis methodologies and best practices.
  
• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise web and mobile applications.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
  
• Assist with application modernization initiatives and technology upgrades.
  
• Participate in technical reviews and solution validation activities.
  
• Support cloud-based application deployment and maintenance initiatives.

S kills Required

• Experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Familiarity with Azure development and cloud-based application deployment.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications.
• Strong understanding of source control practices and Git-based development workflows.
• Experience developing and supporting native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficiency in Swift for iOS development and Kotlin for Android development.
• Experience integrating and supporting mobile backend services using Firebase.
• Experience supporting applications built with .NET Core 2.1 and Angular.
• Experience supporting applications built with .NET 6 and React.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Experience working with containerized development environments using Docker.
• Familiarity with Node.js and front-end build tools such as Gulp.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and .NET SDK v8.0.
• Experience working with database management tools such as DBeaver.
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture, deployment, and maintenance processes for Apple App Store and Google Play Store environments.
• Ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies and support modernization initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience may be considered.

Pay Rate

• $70 - $85 per hour (Compensation will be offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
