Business Analyst

We rely on the numbers to make sound business decisions here, so our finance team is integral to keeping us on the right track. This team is obsessed with data analysis and getting the numbers right. There’s lots of Excel, but there’s also plenty of cross‑functional interaction with other business units, making finance here anything but dry. Job Description Our new Business Analyst will manage and report on a wide range of data. This highly‑motivated self‑starter must be analytical, an independent and critical thinker, a lover of data, and dynamic enough to learn and support a variety of business functions. What you’ll do: Prepare regular reports for marketing, finance and operations. Support revenue recognition, web analytics and competitor analysis/research. Support operations with ROI and cost analysis. Analyze A/B tests. Analyze daily, weekly and monthly business metrics/trends. Qualifications Familiar with web analytics software (e.g. CoreMetrics, Omniture, WebTrends). Advanced Excel skills. Quantitative: Strong attention to detail and comfort with large volumes of data. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members.
